If we experience unexpected problems with availability and are unable to despatch your order within 5 working days, our Customer Service Team will send an email informing you of this.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier-tracking page. You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any expenses incurred because of delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. We will always endeavour to get your purchases to you within the delivery timescale specified, however, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within this period, nor accept liability for deliveries that are made outside of it.
